I had a similar situation after a surgery last year. I ended up calling a local airport transfer service, Airport Taxi Online (*****). They were super reliable, and the driver even waited around for me after the procedure, which made things a lot less stressful. I was a little hesitant about using them at first, but it turned out to be a great choice. I did also consider Uber, but I felt more comfortable with a pre-arranged service where I knew exactly who was picking me up. A friend of mine had used a limo service too for a similar thing, and they really took care of her. Anyway, I hope one of these options works for you!
