How many days a week do you work out?

On this forum I keep seeing an awful lot of banter about politics. How about a nice break and we can talk about something we all likely do at some point in life?

Do you have a new years resolution involving fitness? What kind of working out do you typical do?

I'll start off, I train 3-4 days a week, mainly doing strength training but not a lot of cardio lol

I saw your post while looking for something myself. Fitness can feel like a huge mountain to climb, but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. I’ve found that making small changes over time helps. Start by finding activities you enjoy—dancing, hiking, or even walking around your neighborhood. It’s all about finding what makes you feel good. Also, consistency is critical. Even a short workout is better than nothing.
I’ve been using ***** to help me track my progress and stay motivated. They have great resources that can make fitness fun and less of a chore. Just remember, everyone’s journey is different. Celebrate the small victories, and don’t be too hard on yourself.
