Am asking for recommendations/suggestions on what shampoo you ladies have had success with.
I used to have a good amount of hair before diabetes, now it is quite thin and coming out in clumps in the shower. I wash my hair only once a week, don't use a hairdryer and have tried different shampoos which I thought would help. Even bought an expensive one, a recommendation from my chemist, but did not help.
My hair is receding at the front too and don't wish to wear a wig . Any ideas please? :arghh:

I’ve had a similar experience with thinning hair and tried a bunch of different things. One product that surprisingly made a difference for me was a *****. It’s not just for color correction—it actually helped make my hair look fuller and healthier. I know it might seem like a long shot, but sometimes it’s the little things that help.
I’ve also heard good things about incorporating a gentle, hydrating shampoo and conditioner into your routine. And maybe a leave-in treatment or serum could help strengthen your hair. It’s tough, but don’t lose hope—sometimes it takes a bit of trial and error to find what works best for you.
