This month, the Geneva Independent is pleased to announce a new collaboration with Bamford Watch Department and PEANUTS™ to launch the sweet Vanguard Crazy Hours Arctic Snoopy. A new collaboration with talented Dutch artist Loes Van Delft puts color as the focus in the lovely Vanguard™ Color Dreams Loes Van Delft Limited Edition. Franck Muller also pushes boundaries with the launch of a skeletonized thin Vanguard watch in a variety of metals with or without precious settings - the Vanguard™ Slim Skeleton.
Franck Muller x BWD Vanguard Crazy Hours Arctic Snoopy Limited Edition
Franck Muller is pleased to launch the Crazy Hours Arctic Snoopy limited edition watch in partnership with Bamford Watch Department and PEANUTS™. This limited edition watch features the globally beloved character Snoopy from PEANUTS.
The Crazy Hours Arctic Snoopy is a testament to Franck Muller’s iconic Crazy Hours complication, which offers a unique way of reading time. Thanks to a patented mechanism, the hour hand jumps from one hour to the next, respectfully following the randomly placed numbers on the dial.
Therefore, after 60 minutes, the hour hand will jump to the next correct number. At the same time, the minute hand rotates around the dial in a traditional 60-minute cycle. Time becomes a personal, individual, unique value. You'll eagerly await minute 59, observing the mesmerizing leaps and bounds of madness. *****
Snoopy sits in the center of the stage, his arms turning into hour and minute hands. Alongside Snoopy is his trusty best friend Woodstock, seated at 3 and 4 o'clock (5 and 10 o'clock).
The iconic Cintrée Curvex case is cast from lightweight titanium and coated in white two-component baked enamel. At 36mm wide, it is slightly smaller than the black Snoopy model created by Bamford and Franck Muller in 2021. The beautiful white dial glows brighter in the dark thanks to Super Luminova technology. It comes with a white hand-stitched nylon strap with a titanium buckle.

Designed exclusively for the Vanguard Color Dreams Loes Van Delft Limited Edition, the dial is decorated with the artist's signature and Franck Muller's signature Color Dreams numerals. This unique dial is a canvas of pure imagination, with the artist’s beloved character Pjipje taking center stage and becoming an integral part of Franck Muller’s world, represented by the Color Dreams numerals.
Known for their bold and colorful designs, Color Dreams figures are the perfect complement to Pjipje's playful character. This unique design, carefully crafted by Franck Muller's design team in close collaboration with the artist himself, invites you to step into a world where art and time are in perfect harmony.
One of the key challenges is the search for perfect watchmaking techniques to transfer the artwork onto the dial. Additionally, the careful selection of 26 different colors presented an artistic challenge, but one that was masterfully overcome. *****
The limited edition watch is equipped with Vanguard’s iconic titanium case treated with black PVD, with a diameter of 43 mm, which condenses the essence of contemporary art. Equipped with an automatic movement with a 42-hour power reserve, it is sure to delight and enchant every wrist that wears it.

Franck Muller Vanguard™ Slim Hollow
Franck Muller launches the Vanguard™ Slim Skeleton watch, further challenging the boundaries of fine watchmaking. The collection combines a completely in-house slim movement with the iconic Vanguard case and numerals.
The Vanguard™ Slim Skeleton expresses its character and extremely balanced proportions through its elegantly slim case (9.1 mm). The master watchmakers have once again achieved a work of art by reducing the thickness of the case to a minimum while retaining its character, precision and technical features. *****
Additionally, the watchmakers have redesigned a unique skeleton movement that is manufactured in-house specifically for the Vanguard™ Slim Skeleton collection. The slim movement features automatic winding and a 38-hour power reserve.
All components of the skeletonized movement are manufactured in-house and hand-polished, offering the possibility to highlight the watch’s inner workings and the expertise of the master watchmaker.
Franck Muller’s unique numerals almost float above the skeletonized movement, displaying stunning transparency. The dial is exquisitely crafted and crafted at Franck Muller’s dial manufacturing factory in Les Bois, canton Jura. The numerals on the skeletonized dial require meticulous attention to detail, which is a challenge for our dial makers and diamond setting experts.
The Vanguard™ Slim Skeleton watch is available in 41mm or 37mm case sizes in rose gold, white gold, stainless steel and titanium. Its curved case and numerals can be hand-set with white or black round brilliant-cut diamonds.
