The general rule of thumb is: If someone is a JERK, then yes, steroids have a chance of making them even more of a jerk. If someone is a normal, decent human being, then steroids won’t change that.

That's the best answer!  I also believe that any medication should be taken judiciously. In reasonable doses, and also include training. You will not have giant and strong muscles if you just lie on the couch and inject steroids. As for the question of which steroid is best to choose, I would recommend this website *****.
