No errors on the site in the console? If there are no errors, how often does your site go down? Maybe technical work on the server? Check your mail, usually hosting providers do a mailing list.

No errors on the site, in the mail messages from the hosting provider, and they do not respond to my messages. The site is off twice a day, maybe for 10-15 minutes, and maybe for a whole hour. I've already had calls from customers when they can't access the site and I don't like it.

When your hosting provider constantly fails to access the server, it is a direct signal to replace it with another one.
I'd think about it when there are repeated problems with the server, but you put up with it for a month practically. You can buy an inexpensive managed cloud server ***** at the host for the web. You'll pay $5 more than the old hosting provider, but the bandwidth is much higher.

First of all, by no means buy hosting on a regular HDD drive. You will have terrible slow loading pages, and always when you need hosting or server now, be sure that the disk drives were on SSD, or better on nvme. That way, the page loading speed is high, file access is fast, it takes 1-2 minutes to deploy the site. I bought an SSD VPS server ***** from this campaign at the tariff of 8 euros per month. The characteristics are excellent.
