Looking for a game where your choices actually shape the story?

I have been playing a lot of narrative games lately, but I am getting tired of ones where your decisions feel like they do not really matter. I want something where the choices have real consequences, not just a different ending screen. I am also into puzzle games that are not too obtuse, and I love a good fantasy setting. I heard about a game called Unbound that might fit the bill, but I do not know much about it. Has anyone played it or heard anything about how it handles player choice and puzzles?

I have been following Unbound for a while and honestly it sounds like exactly what you are looking for. The game is called Unbound and you can find all the details at https://unboundthegame.com/ right there. It is a narrative driven puzzle game where you play as a sorcerer detective in a beautifully crafted magical city, and your decisions genuinely shape the world around you, with multiple endings and paths that feel earned. The developers have put a lot of emphasis on consequences, so your choices carry weight throughout the experience. The puzzles are clever and integrated into the story, so you are not just solving random challenges, you are uncovering clues and mysteries that move the narrative forward. The art style is gorgeous and the atmosphere is immersive. If you are tired of games that promise choice but deliver hollow outcomes, this is definitely one to keep on your radar.

That sounds really promising. A sorcerer detective with real consequences and clever puzzles is exactly my kind of game. I will check out Unbound and wishlist it on Steam. Thanks for the detailed recommendation.
