Which first aid course should I choose in Newcastle for an office workplace?

Our company is reviewing its workplace safety procedures, and we've decided it's time to have more employees trained in first aid. Since we're based in Newcastle, I'm trying to work out which course would be the most appropriate for a typical office environment. I'm seeing options like Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) and the full First Aid at Work (FAW), but I'm not sure which one is the better fit for a low-risk workplace. For anyone who's completed first aid training in Newcastle, which course did you choose and why? Did you find the practical sessions useful, and is there anything you wish you'd known before booking?
