I've been dealing with some knee pain recently but have been itching to get back into hiking. Is it advisable to hike with a knee injury, and are there non-surgical treatment options that can help with recovery?

"I tried hiking once, even though my knee was hurting a bit. That wasn't a smart move. The hike worsened my knee, and I ended up with a lot of pain. So, it's not a good idea to hike if you're already hurt. You might make things much worse for yourself.

After my knee got terrible, I needed to find a way to fix it. I found ***** that talked about something called laser therapy. It's an excellent way to help your knee without needing surgery or anything like that. The laser goes deep into your knee and helps it heal by reducing swelling and making the knee work better. I gave it a try, and it helped ease my pain."
